No Jumping - only lies!!!

DON'T BUY ANTHING FROM LEANDRI KEMP!!!!!!! The only reason this site is getting a high rating is because people rate the method of exercise.They should be rating the owner, Leandri Kemp. I ordered & paid for a trampoline from Leandri on 23 Aug 2022. During the week prior to payment,there was frequent coms from her,sending me photos of the trampoline that I would be receiving etc.Delivery would take 7-10 days. Long story short - delivery didn't happen on the day she promised.For 2 weeks she had all kinds of excuses & delay tactics. After 2 weeks (7 Sept) I requested my money back.From the 7th of Sept up to 7 Oct,she basically ignored my calls & messages & only responded 3 times saying that she made payment.She never sent the PoP to prove this.I literally called and messaged each day for a month.During this time,I posted reviews on every possible platform. Then on Friday 7 Oct,she suddenly said that she had sent 5 trampolines to PTA on that day & that I could have had one of them.I agreed - at least I would have something for my money!On the Monday she said that it would come on the Wednesday(12 Oct).On 13 Oct, I asked her where the trampoline was as it didn't arrive.Her response was that she will only deliver once I remove all my reviews!!!While removing my review on one of her FB videos, I saw that someone else also posted on the same video saying that she owes them R7000 for 2 trampolines which was not delivered. I removed my reviews and received my trampoline on Friday 14 Oct.It was not the product she promised in the beginning of our dealings.She said that she would send someone the following day to come and fix this issue - he never came. 1.The frame of the trampoline was not a solid piece of pipe bent into a hexagon, but 12 pieces of pipe (6 short & 6 long) all welded together. 2.The trampoline was not level with the floor & upon investigation with other manufacturers, I realized it was because the frame was welded together - so even though the feet were all the same length, the trampoline would not be level due to the uneven welding creating difference in height.Jumping on this trampoline was therefore also not possible due to the unevenness. 3.The handle doesn't reach to the floor, making it very unstable. 4.The handle was not properly bent on a pipe bender, but rather looked like it was just bent on a door frame or something similar. 5.Where the bungee cord ended, it was untidy and kept together with cable ties. I sent photos & a video to Leandri.She wanted to swop the trampoline,but I refused & said that I wanted my money back as the item I received did not look remotely like the one on the picture she originally sent to me.She gave me long stories about 1st having to sell another trampoline to have funds to refund my money & will then arrange for collection.She actually mentioned that a lady in the SAPS was going to pay her on 29 Oct, she would then refund me with that money & then - wait for it - COLLECT THIS SUBSTANDARD QUALITY TRAMPOLINE TO DELIVER TO THE SAPS LADY!!!! She also told me that this trampoline (& the others from her production line) were of absolutely amazing quality & that she was not going to buy a pipe bender of 100K, singing the praises of her business and her product! Eventually on 1 Nov, I got the surprise of my life when the full amount of R3500 was paid into my account.This after she apparently did the refund 2 months prior, but still delivered a trampoline & now also paid me back! Between the time where I removed my reviews & eventually received my money,the other ladies who were owed R7000, and I tried to track Leandri in various ways. We discovered 3 other ladies who had also been run in by Leandri. Leandri Kemp also sells Cars,car spares &clothing on FB - please don't buy anything from her! You will either not get anything OR a sub standard product & stuggle to get a refund.
