With such terrible customer service, ... what is the product worth?

You would think that any organisation would be more than willing to sell their services by providing information about those services? .... well not Jumping Bean.

For days, nobody was available to answer their phones in Jhb. Eventually, I spoke to someone who promised to email the infomation I needed ... about the dates and locations for one of the courses they offer. But the information was never emailed to me.

Some weeks later, the Jhb phone lines were unanswered, again. Then, after I submitted a query through their website, I finally got a response from 'Ivy' ... but the response didn't exactly answer my query; so I asked Ivy to call me back. She did quite promptly and after the conversation promised to email me the information ... but never did. But she also referred me to Leon, who was quite helpful and then who emailed me information relating to what I discussed with him.

When I complained to Leon about not getting the information, he then sent me 2 possible dates, but ommitted to specify the location for the course.

So I complained to Leon asking for contact details for the owner. But Leon who previously said he was in the 'technical department' now described himself as the 'Office Manager'; and said I should direct my complaint to him!!! But he already knew exactly what my complaint was about, so why was he wasting my time and obstructing me from contacting the owners.

It's been about 2 months since I first contacted the company and I still don't have the information I requested right at the start.

I guess Jumping Bean don't want my business ... and frankly, I don't think they deserve it. After all, what kind of course can I expect from an organisation with such *********** and unhelpful staff?
