The “manager” for the day was rude, aggressive and disgustingly arrogant

The “manager” for the day was rude, aggressive and disgustingly arrogant. “Staff” were sitting and having lunch in booth we had booked. Manger was rude, shouting,very confrontational in front of our party guests and children. I asked owners details I was shouted at & told that if we aren’t happy we can pack & leave. The staff left in no rush - the booth was left filthy dirty, table not wiped. We didn’t get 30min set up & it delayed our party. A lady from the front desk apologised &cleared up. Parents heard your staffs attitude and aggressive behaviour. 2 Parernts expressed they had the same experience & confidently said they would never have another party there. This is extremely alarming rude unprofessional conduct of management towards customers. I spent over 6500k on this party for peace of mind - nothing was pleasant. all. Your “manager” should never work in any service level position. I will not use Jump4Joy for a party. I hope the owner is aware of the reputation the establishment is getting!
