Jump4Joy taking advantage of party package customers

They give you an all inclusive quote for the party on email. Inform you via email that the adults do not have to write a waiver if they do not jump. I have it on email from them as I specifically enquired about it. When the party guests arrive they force the adult guests to buy jumping socks even if they do not jump. That is unprofessional. In the end we bought the adults socks ourselves (extra R150) as we can't expect our guests to pay! I had been there on my own a few months ago with my child then five years old and I was not expected to buy socks for myself. Furthermore my child is injured and hopping around on one leg as he hurt his knee and it was not even wrapped. Also they changed their original quotation on the day of the party in front of the other guests. The party package included slush puppies and chips as part of the package. In the end we had to pay R390 more than quoted and my child did not even receive a jump voucher as indicated in the package. I don't want the money back, but I want to warn other gullible parents do not trust the original quote and package and their child be disappointed and guests embarrassed. Slush puppies are charged included as free on the basic party package. Today they charged us R150 extra for the free slush puppies (supposedly included in the R2000 party package) and my son did not even receive a gift voucher. An email was sent in which they informed me that adults not jumping do not need to sign waivers. I contacted them on Facebook and they did not attend to my query properly.
