Jump for joy hillcrest- baby poo on play area

Hope you are well,

Please note we had a disgusting experience today where by my children was playing with babies poo.

Your manager told me he is sorry your company cleans once a day.

There after there was no soap or sanitizer in the bathroom for my child to wash her hands.

Pathetic attitude and very disrespectful and disappointed.

I believe you have selected the incorrect manager.

I also believe that your facility should be clean,hygienically friendly,safe and suitable for children.

I called to speak to the owner a few times.

Will be taking this further.
