UTTERLY DISGUSTED!!!

I am utterly disgusted by Jump City Challenge Johannesburg. I was unable to make it to the event together with a few colleagues. I sent Jump city a Facebook message and they did not respond to me. Only after re sending a message after a month over Facebook do they give me the persons email address. The email that I write to them does not go through. I decide to give them a call demanding a refund by them and the managing director Gavin was very rude to me. He tells me that Facebook is an unreliable source of sending out messages but they know very quickly how to advertise on Facebook. I want to let the public know this Gavin guy whoever he thinks he is, he told me he would help me out and he has done nothing about it! Disgusted I am at the organizers of this event and I want this to go viral everywhere!!!
