Very poor service from Jumocart.com

I have been waiting for my order since 31st December 2020. I just made another enquiry, I made an enquiry on the 19th January 2021 and was told by Amiena Doola she “ will reach out to the courier to ask them to expedite the order”. Today is the 5th March 2021 and the order has still not arrived.
