Still waiting for delivery

Hi, I have been waiting for my parcel for almost 18 days. Since I received an email on the 2nd February 2021 stating "Please note that in most cases, it takes around 10 working days for the order to be delivered after the tracking number becomes available." I need to know why the delay. 10 days passed now we are on the 8th day and no delivery made to me.
