Order not received but refund made thank you

This is a follow up to a previous review I made about this company. I placed my order and paid on 7th of September. Then there was no further communication from them. So I made a review calling them **********. Then on the 24th of October I get an email from them telling how sorry they are for the delay and my order was canceled by the supplier while it showed shipped on their side. They will process a refund which will appear in my account in 3-6 working days. I can confirm that the refund has been made. 4 stars because of their poor communication.
