non delivery and lack of communication

I have purchased a phone online on the 15th July 2020 till this day I haven't received the phone, no one is giving an update I follow up everyday and no response, there is no contact number only form of communication its what's app of which they take forever to respond if they decided to. I would never recommend anyone to use any of their services
