No communication whatsoever -- terrible service

I wish I'd come here and read the reviews before ordering. The customer service is pretty much non-existent. I have sent about 4 emails about my order to no avail, just the same automatic email that says 'we'll get back to you within 24-48 hours'.

It's upsetting because I've ordered an urgent part for my phone, but now I don't think I'll be able to fix it :(
