Jumocart.com are the worst online store I've ever experienced

Probably the worst customer experience I've ever come across. Their website was ambiguous and misleading (probably intentionally so) and I ordered the wrong product so simply asked to credit or exchange as the picture on their site was not clear. They refused to acknowledge my request and eventually ignored me. I decided to go see them in person but their head office listed on their website DOES NOT EXIST. They do not even list an email or phone number. They should be shut down.
