Jumocart.com

I am very disappointed. I ordered a product from Jumocart.com It is now more than 2 weeks. They state that within 2 to 5 working days, I will receive a Tracking number. My order was placed on 20 September. Today is 7 October and I have NOT received a Tracking number yet. I have corresponded with their support team twice already but only response I got was that they are sorry for the delay. No explanation, no effort was made to find out WHY I did not received a Tracking number or my product yet. I would STONGLY ADVICE people NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH JUMOCART.COM.
