Placed an order on 31 July 2020. Received no feedback after query on 5 August. After using WhatsApp support, I only got this response:

"Good morning. We’re incredibly sorry for the delayed response. We have 100’s of messages per day and we’re doing our best to reply within 2 working days. Thank you for your patience. One more please."

My query was 4 working days ago!
