**********SSSS!!!

Place and paid R249 for an order with ID number *** on 14 October 2020. On the 24 October 2020 at 7:26 PM, after my enquiry about the not yet delivered order, receive an email from Amiena Doola indicating how "We are incredibly sorry for the delay. Could you please advise on how payment was made? was it via Payfast or EFT?". I answered her and she did not respond or indicate whether the money was received or not or when the order will be dispatched. On the 23 November 2020 I sent an email to Amiena Doola requesting a refund but to date there is no refund and my order still not received. I blame myself for not checking reviews before placing an order with Amiena Doola's so called company. I could have avoided this **** and ***** I am experiencing. Something should be done with this company. It is not okay that so many people are complaining about the same people but this continues as if nothing wrong is happening. They are ******** and **********. No to be trusted. AVOID THEM!!
