Customer service does not exist (Poor Communication)

Please be aware that this company has no contract details and are exceptionally poor at communication. I was after 6 or so weeks told that the supplier did not have stock of my order and I will be refunded. 2 weeks later still no refund was received and no further communications. I escalated to Payfast who was the payment gateway I used on their site and they were able to refund me (still uncleared in my account).
