Complaint

I ordered and paid for a product on 8th November 2020 and got an automated email to confirm my order but stating that the payment is unavailable so my order has not been assigned a tracking number. I then sent proof of payment to them on the 12th at 08:32 on email address *** then got a response a minute later which noted i will get a reply within 2-4 days. Then on the same day at 11:42 received an email confirming they have received the payment and my order will be shipped out soon. Email quote "It usually takes 2-5 working days for the order to be processed and shipped. Once the order is shipped then it will take 2-4 working days for the tracking number to become available. You will receive an email notification once the order has been shipped. On average, our orders take 7 to 15 working days to arrive at their final destination after the order is processed" Close quote.

Since then i have been emailing the same address requesting to be communicated my order status but no one bothers to reply since 12th November up until now.

I'm still awaiting feedback from you with regards to my order status for order number #***. No communication was sent to me since payment query on 9th November 2020. I must say I'm extremely disappointed that such a small parcel can take over a month to reach my hands and nobody has bothered to answer my queries when I posed them. I got feedback immediately when I queried about payment.
