Complaint

Afternoon Amiena Doola, Referring to the attached pics. After waiting a month for my order. I received the package (1 x universal car seat belt extension strap) yesterday afternoon. To my surprise the “universal” description is not so universal at all!! Please note that the universal car seat belt extension strap is slightly smaller that the standard one fitted to my car and the fact that it is not exactly the same size, result in the fact that the universal car seat belt extension strap does not klick/fit/connect into my car’s seat belt stark! Please advise urgently as now I am sitting with a product that I can do nothing with! Regards,
