SLOW SERVICE

I have been waiting for my order since the 29th of November 2019 and i was told my parcel will be delivered before the 10th of December. When I called them today I spoke to Yumna who kept on telling me my order is in a Joburg warehouse and she doesn't know when it will be delivered. They don't even bother to apologize.
