NO DELIVERY,DO NOT BUY FROM JUMIA

Placed an order on 29th Nov, received confirmation and was supposed to be delivered between 9-11 Dec 5th Dec received an email stating order shipped. No Tracking number or info who the courier is.

14th Dec and the order has still not arrived and customer service do not reply to emails asking for updates. Phone customer service hold times are long and are not helpful and did not provide any feedback regarding order status. Their policy is that once an order is place it cannot be cancelled,
