Never order online at jumia.co.za!

I placed an order online expecting it to arrive before lockdown. It never did. Then I had such a hard time cancelling the order only to have it delivered after lockdown. I wasn't available to accept the order so it was returned. I have been asking for a refund since 25 March. Been 3 months and I still haven't received anything. It is difficult to get through to anyone on the phone or on email. I just want my money back.
