JUMIA Sly dishonest money grabbing Service delivery

Disgusting sly operations by Jumia.

I took the risk of investing in purchases with Jumia as a first time client.

I paid a delivery fee aswell even though alot was invested in the purchases.

Now the product arrived leaking into a JUMIA packet sealed with a JUMIA barcode strapped around it. Seriously, how can a company provide a product that is leaking , knowing its leaking badly and still selling it.

This is a theft of consumer money. Disgusting ! To add to that I referred a respectful complaint of which I received the cheek of a reply to reference commentery before I purchase anything from JUMIA , mind blowing what type of company operates this way. Following that email, within a few working hours the complaint is set to resolved and certainly not resolved!

Failure again. My suggestion is that JUMIA you clean up your act and provide the service that we rightfully deserve as consumers.
