Jumia is a ****

I ordered 2 different watches, both amounted to less than R500 yet I was charged for international customs fees. I know for a fact that customs does not charge for items R500 or less... I got the watches delivered and they had the wrong watches. I reached out to Jumia to have these corrected and I was told that getting them exchanged wouldn't be possible. Rather have them returned and reorder again. I asked if I'll be refunded my international shipping cost as well and they said it's none refundable. In other words... They charged me for customs fees which they never even paid, and now they want me to reorder again so I can pay customs again... I guess this is how they make their money. How do you get my order wrong and still expect me to pay again, so now I'm forced to keep these items even though it's not what I paid for.... I'm never using this company again.
