Do not use Jumia!

I placed my order well in time for delivery for Christmas presents. I followed up on my delivery in my window of expected delivery time of the 17th of December all to be told the piblic holiday will delay it and the order will be delivered on the 18th of December, low and behold that didn't happen and bow when following up today the sales consultant tells me its held up at the harbour and cannot give me a delivery date! What kind of online shopping service drops the ball before Christmas!!!! Disgusted and will never use Jumia again.
