Dissapointed customer

I ordered and paid R1100.00 on 26 April, the promised delivery latest 7 th May, then when it did not materialise the latest date then 11 May, no parcel. I spoke to a man Alex again this morning( the guy at their couriers) ***, he promised this morning! Its now 2.20pm still waiting!!! If i do not receive my parcel today i want my money back! Today , or else i will take legal steps. Do not ever buy from this people!
