Jumia Food Express Ghana *******

I had become comfortable with using your service until today. I ordered 3 items amounting 109 cedis. Your delivery guy brought only 2. We gave him a total of 109 cedis. When i called him that he delivered only 2 and that he forgot the other order. He gave use a receipt of 52 cedis. Why should it take another 2 hours for him to bring back my money as he just left my house 2 min ago. I am not going to wait for another hour for him to manufacture the food. I never thought Jumia would ***** from me in such a way.

Just know you lost a customer and I will inform all my friends, collegues etc about this so consider also loosing them as customers.

Its an hour past still no news. Even their call centre was not of help.
