Unhappy customer

I did a laybye at wonderpark Jumbo so I went and taking it.out to find out the skirt the belt doesn't fit when I return they refuse when I am taking something less money than that they said it must be the same money why should I take the same money because I don't see anything while you are saying you cancel they want your ID they say they want to make copies what does POPIA act says they are not following the rules according to consumer protection act if you have the slip every consumer is entitled to their money back so wonderpark is a **** store I find this short guy with an attitude with the cashier this thing of denial of our money they are out offline .if I don't need anything you are entitled to cancel they are not following NCR rules.they need to changed this **** its our money if something doesn't fit you what should you do I need my money .If Jumbo continues like this we need to stop buying there will go to other stores that they acknowledge customers treat them with respect we work hard for our money...is a **** store
