Unhappy Customer

I made a lay bye with Jumbo Wonderpark and I moved ,today I visited the store to cancel my lay bye and I was told there no refunds on lay bye only exchanges, what am I exchanging because I did not take anything I'm cancel then the Manger Moipone said I must take something with the deposit. I refused because I don't want anything and on the receipt it states that I will be charged 1%of the deposit paid if I cancel

Why am I forced to take something else and on top of that she gave me wrong numbers to Jumbo head office I had to call and ask the correct one. I'm not going to go back and ask for my refund they must make a plan that I get it as I wasted my time and money going there
