*****ulent Practices & Poor Management services

Dissapointed by the poor and *****ulent (commercial crime) service by the "so called managers" Nokonwaba Ndabambi and Nosicelo Mokubyane at Jumbo clothing Nkomo village Store in Pta. I bought 4 items, and in 2 days I returned 2 items, same condition with their tags, but they blatantly refused to refund my money or give me a voucher for the purchase. The 2 items are with them, but no refund received. Very arrogant and poor management and problem solving skills of the so called managers, who apparently do not even know or have bosses they reporting to.
