Tempering with lay-bye p

Made a lay-bye at Jumbo Clothing Chiselhurst in East London with a colleague when I go to take it out today the sizes have been changed and the only thing the the cashier said was "are both jackets the wrong size" then another employee at the store showed us new stock on kiddies jackets. REALLY now what was the point of Makin g a lay-bye if you don't end up getting what you paid for.
