Take my money and wont give me my clothes!

<p>This morning I went to Jumbo in Arcadia/Southernwood and bouth a few items. At the till I paid with my debit card and received an sms to say the money went off my account. The teller could not get a printout to say it has been paid for. I was then informed that this has happened before and I need to wait 24 to 48 hours to see if my bank will pay Jumbo or if the amount will be reversed.....and I can only get my merchandise then. I have never heard anything like this before! I phoned the heaf office and the assistant to the operations manager said that his is a problem they have from time to time. Then why do they not sort it out? I have now paid for 4 items and had to leave it behind because they cannot print proof of the transaction. Surely this is not how a business should treat clients.</p>
