Stinking customer service

I am utterly disgusted and disappointed with the bad customer service I received at Jumbo store in uitenhage from one of your staff member named Noluvuyo deyi. I went there last week looking for a sneaker and saw something i liked, i then decided to fit it on before making the purchase and to my surprise this above mentioned lady was extremely rude to me asking me why am i fitting a white sneaker? Mind you I'm fitting it with my own clean secret socks but before i could even answer her she had the nerve to show me another white pair of sneakers and went on to say "You customers come here with dirty feet and fit these tekkies on and still not buy it and just leave it here dirty". I was so shocked of her rudeness and stinking attitude towards me as a regular customer. I got so upset and ended up not even buying that sneak and what got me upset was not just her statement but the manner she said it with, the facial expression and body language you could see she was annoyed by me fitting the tekkie that time i still had the pair of sneaker i was fitting in my hand and had nothing to do with the other dirty pair she was showing me and using as an example. As a customer in general and a regular one of jumbo i told myself i will not go and buy anything anymore there again if that rude lady still works there.
