Rude Cashier

Yesterday My aunt and i were shopping at Jumbo Clothing in Queenstown The one next to Choice Clothing store....We assisted by a lady called Ziyanda we waited at the queue because all 3 cashiers went to lunch and there was only one left.Upon assisting me with my laybye my aunt was paying for her clothes by card....so she was instructed to put her card in and not told to press 1 before pressing her pin..then when it delined Ziyanda started having an attitude then i said you didn't tell her to press 1 then she with an attitude that the speed point was facing my aunt...I told her speed points are not all the same and she should have communicated that with her customer or assist then give her to press in her pin.I was dissapointed because this was wrong and rude what about uneducated customers that don't know how to use the speed point and the cashier is not willing to guide them.Humiliation towards my aunt...Please rectify this.*** if you need clarity
