Refund-Jumbo Mthatha Madeira street

Good Day I kindly write this complaint hoping that it will be treated as urgent. I am Lekela Mgudlwa from Mthatha,I have purchased items at Jumbo Clorhing Madeira Street Mthatha on the 14June,They amonunted to R438.50 I used my card,Yolisa made a transaction that debited on my side but could not reflect on their side,she again asked to debit again and it went through and took R438.50 again,I was told that the money would be credited back before the end of the day,Until now I have not received my money,I am sent back and forth from the store,I will take this to court if I have to becauseit is theft. Please treat this email as urgent.I have given them the statement and letter from my side.
