Poor treatment

On the 10th October 2020,time 12 noon I entered Jumbo stores in Mitchell's Plain Town Centre.I was browsing through boys takkies,because I was confused which takkie I should take for my child, I decided that I will leave the shop and came back later on.As I was about to leave there was a lady that was stopped at the exit door by security,since the alarm is going on as she is about to leave,they checked her plastic bag with items she bought from the shop maybe there could be something trigger to the alarm going on.I went out no alarm went off while I was exiting,one of their staff members came running towards me while I was outside the shop,she had no badge on so I don't know her by name,she said "Sisi we need to search you"didn't you take something along out with you,I was furious and shocked because no alarm went off while I was exiting,as they had already embarassed me treating me like a ******** infront of other customers I requested them to search them infront of everyone and I gave her my bag,told her to search it since they are suspecting me of *****ing,I asked her why am I being treated as a ******** can't I window shop here,they must have a sign that says "no window shopping,when enter premises you buy other then that you don't enter the premises".I requested her to give me the company's customer services complaints number ,she gave me a wrong number when I dailed the number it went through "Private Residence in Durban" I told her that why is she giving me a wrong number can she give me the right one,,she went away for about 10 minutes ,whilst she was away I google search their complaints number and found it she came with another number I told her that I already found the number on Google,since she gave me a wrong one first time so am not sure that the one she is bringing will be correct and she took her own time to bring me this one . I contact customer services,stating my bad treatment within the store,I could hear the lady is annoyed over the phone she just said I should leave my number they will contact me again,till today I have not heard from anyone from the company,to aleast apologies for being treated like that
