Ploblem of being double charged

<p>Hellow peter on the 08 of february 2016 bought clothes at jumbo clothing in gillwell mall east london paid using the bank card i paid 1 time and the transation went true but the manager named khaya said i should pay again he say on their side it did go he promised that the money that i paid for the first time it will come back but till tody i havent recieve it , went to the shop several times he would ask me everyday what was the problom though when i went ou he said he is making a followup i asked him wha followup you making if you dont now the problem then that day i think it was the forth time of me waisting my money going there then he denied the payment , i just need and needed explanation not to be treated like that please help me and get my money and closure</p>
