NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY

<p>I went to the ne Jumbo store in Bowls road East London there is no wheelchair ramp in front of the shop and the only one meters away was blocked by a vehicle parking there. When I complain to the manager mr. Lakhona he was very rude and unpleasant. needless also to complain that although the name is "jumbo" there is no "jumbo" clothes for the bigger people I have gone to the shop in Chiselhurst lots of time but could never find any clothes for myself. the excuse always is that it is sold out and never can tell me when the next delivery for bigger clothes would be the new building centre in bowls road is shared with "knock down" shop who also have no ramp infront of the shop there is also no marked parking for disabled people for a jumbo shop with so much clothes that do not cator for big people it is a bis shame I suggest they change the name to "mini"</p>
