No communication and bad customer service

BAD SERVICE - NO COMMUNICATION I made lay bay at Jumbo clothing Oudtshoorn. The lay bay expired on the 27.05.2024. Normally there is 7 days grace period on laybyes, I got a chance on the 1st to collect. I was told it was cancelled without even a motivation nor even check on the system if the items are still available in store. Im really not happy about the fact that no one cares for the customers. Atleast good customer service calls you back to the store.
