Jumbo Clothing - Refused to refund me. Horrible store

I recieved horrible customer service at Jumbo Clothing Kokstad. I was refused a refund for clothes that didn't fit. They had no smaller sizes & forced me take something else...which I refused. I still didn't get my money back & I was told to wait for stock by a rude woman at their head office.
