DISGUSTED WITH THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OF A MANAGER

Yesterday my mom bought a bra at Jumbo clothing in town center Mitchell's Plain and when she came home she fit on the bra and the stitching of the one strap came loose today she went to go exchange the item but the store manager was so rude to her and gave her attitude told her she must not buy stuff that don't fit her, she wanted her money back but was told she cant get her money back she has to take something els i'm really ****ed off at hoe my mother was treated, when managers are selected please make sure these people have people s****s and customer service experience. I will not buy there again and will not recommend someone to buy there. Disgusted with the level of customer service this manager has.
