Complaint

I visited Jumbo Clothing Oxford Street yesterday in East London, the disgusting service I got from that store is unbelievable I entered the store and there where 3 ladies at the Counter, I was looking for a black Barret and 1 of the ladies after some thinking responded in saying she does not think they have any in stock and she asked me to wait while she asks someone on the top floor to check. It was soooo HOT inside the store and while waiting I asked the 3 ladies why is there no Aircon On coz I was Heating. No Response, they were chatting and didn't even look at me until 2 of them just walked away from the counter even after I asked why are they not answering me. I waited at the counter for almost 10 Min eventually 1 of them switched the Aircon on, don't know why it was off in the first place coz it was 27 degrees outside. I was getting impatient as the lady was taking long to let me know if they had the Barret or not so I decided to go up the stairs myself to check what was taking her so long. When I got upstairs only then she tells me they don't have, like WOW!
