Complaint

Went to do an exchange and the i items were less with R10 and i couldn't find anything of that amount in the shop,i asked if i can get the R10 refund or airtime and i was denied instead i was forced to buy and add more money which i didn't have or leave with the items of which i left,the lady who was assisting was not even paying attention to my query or add any value.
