BAD SERVICE - NO COMMUNICATION

I made lay bay 02.04.2019 at Jumbo clothing Oudtshoorn. The lay bay expired on the 04.05.2019. Normally when i made lay byes i would collect it at the end of the 3rd month. I was not informed about the the grace period they normally had, and without informing me my lay bye was cancelled. Im really not happy about the fact that it was cancelled or it was not explained to me on the day the lay bye was made. If the grace period fell away the could have at least smsed me like the do when they have promotions. I am also not happy how this was handled by the cashier as well she called another cashier to informed me that the lay bye was cancelled when i explained to them normally them that i wasn't aware about the new arrangement they gave me they just starred at me. I got upset took the slip and walked away
