Complaint about bad service and staff that is not customer friendly

We were queuing at the butchery. A staff member I think his name is Charlie or Charles. He came to us as we were standing with our friend. He shouted at us that we must go join the queue at the back. We told him that we have been standing in the queue and we are with our friend. He tells us that we making the queue skew and he doesn't want people where we were standing. He did not listen to us as we were explaining. He went on and said we are trying to be difficult, he can also be difficult as well. He then instructed the staff that they must serve the following person on the queue and skip our friend. He then instructed the staff not to serve our friend at all because we are being difficult. Jumbo Phillipi has a bad service. I would advise people not to buy from them. I will never visit that shop because their staff is not customer orientated. The way that guy spoke to us, it's as if he we are his staff members.
