Poor customer etiquette

In the months of October i visit thd store Jumbo George Branch for two pair of shoes for my twins.... I ask the shop assistant to assist she gave me an attitude anx on top oc it all shd brought a wrong pairs and when i said its not the tekkies i wanted she made a scene in the shop. Bad services. I ask for the manager he laughed and said nothing about it. They can close their stores. No service etiquette.
