Worst online store experience
I am highly disappointed with my ordering experience. I received an official notification and tracking update stating that my goods had been dispatched. However, after investigating the tracking details and contacting support, it turns out my items are still physically sitting inside the shop and haven't even been picked up by the courier. Misleading customers about shipping status is incredibly unprofessional. I need this resolved and shipped immediately. My order number # 1052. Today 8 June 2026 @ 8h30 I called again and spoke to Alister who promised he is going to get back to me. It's almost lunch time and I am still waiting. Now there lines are busy and nobody is answering
