Poor management

Extremely disgusted at the managers behavior at Julios umhlanga considering it comes so highly recommended .... I went there today 23/09/2020 while eating I found a hair in my food when I showed it to Duran one of the waiters he advised that there was no" Indian" only "black" staff in the kitchen and all he can do is, replate the food. I then requested to see the manager he did not make any attempt to come to our table even thou he was sitting a few tables away. The waitress that took the food back showed the manager the hair and the food being returned. After waiting for some time the bill was presented for payment and still no manger.......as we were leaving my mum went to the manager Donavin and told him how disgusting it was that he did not bother to even apologize.
