A mess of a small job

<p>We are renovating our home and wanted to make sure we got one thing right which was 5 separate small brick walls inside our house (New York loft effect walls). We sourced specific brick tiles for these and chose Julio Building and Tiles as they had done this before. I showed Greg pictures of what we wanted upfront, but once the 1st wall was done we could see the colour of the grouting was incorrect. Way off from the picture that had been shown from the start - which was a light grey grouting. Greg explained it was the colour of the sand - not sure why he used red sand then? WE then sourced more brick tiles and paid for them so the wall could be done again. They started again and half a wall later it was going well - the colour was right and they were achieving the desired effect. Until it seems the workers were left on thier own ... when we returned, half of our walls were full of the grouting and not with the desired effect of the 1st wall. When I called Julio to ask him to meet on site he said he is not coming back as this job has been too problematic. So it seems when this company does not achieve what they said they will - THEY leave!!</p>
