Disappointed with lacklustre interior and service

This pet shop used to be my favourite supplier of pets and accessories. Something happened along the line and now they have lost their glamour. I went there this week and found that the prices were very high compared to many shops of the same nature in the area. And they also have dropped in terms of service too. I wish Julies could go back to the way they were previously when they serviced the community with great variety of pets and pet accessories, food etc and rendered good service.
