R50 000 paid with partial service

Mr P paid Julian Vadi an amount of R50 000 for his furniture to be moved from Kwambonambi, Richards Bay to Christiana. Julian came to their house to see how many trucks was needed for the move. He requested a R5000 deposit which was paid to secure their booking. The total amount was paid before the move. On the day of the move he sent 2 vehicles and when he was contacted to let him know that there are more goods that needs to go he refers the matter to another business. Who now needs R15 000 more to move the rest of the stuff. Therefore Mr Vadi was paid a total amount of R50 000 but only delivered a part of the service. If you try and contact him his phone goes to voicemail. This matter is a case of *****. Should Mr Vadi not return the extra R15 000 that was paid to the business referred by him a case will be opened against him.
